At Ginchy Girl, we aim to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and satisfying. Please review our refund and return policies below.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging featuring the SKU label. Exchanges are not accepted.

Our return policy allows 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
  • Items must be received within 14 days from the date the return was requested.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@ginchygirl.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates/Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Socks
  • Clearance items
  • Custom or personalized items

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your current purchase following the return process and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
